Relatively quiet, warm.

No light in bathroom for the first 24 hours. No towels, had to ask and got one. No choice of breakfast, other than toast. No milk for coffee. Very old, not decorated for ages.

rooms dirty bad smell

Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel was very central in a good location.

Hotel bedroom was not as clean as it should have been.

Overall: The hotel was adequate for an overnight stop but would not recommend that anyone stays longer than one night.  (97809996)

It was very close to the West End of London and easy to locate

The shower required to be held in one hand while using it. A fixing bracket on the wall would have improved the situation. There was only one chair in a room able to accommodate three people

Overall: Generally the accommodation was adequate for our requirements. The small omissions as outlined above would have made the stay that much better  (99489398)
