The owner was a very pleasant helpful man. The bedding and towels were very clean

There were parts that needed re-decotation. We couldn't turn off our radiator but this was done by one of the staff the following day. Would have liked some fruit and possibly yogurt at breakfast.

Overall: It served its purpose and the owner organised a taxi for us. The young lady serving breakfast was very pleasant. I have stayed in better places`  (107946857)

Hotel manager very helpful and made me feel very welcome. Hotel was clean and well looked after. Good service in the morning for breakfast

The manager was friendly on arrival. Conveniently located as to where I wanted to go. Large lit car park at the back of the hotel, would have preferred to have CCTV installed - maybe it did!

Lots of rubbish that was against the kerb on the roadside on my arrival- first impressions always count. No decaffinated coffee in room on arrival (I was gasping for a cuppa after being on the road for 4 hours), however, the manager arranged to provide some an hour later. No lift to upper floor. Not sure if they had a disabled room?

Overall: Good value for money. Friendly welcome. Rooms clean and tidy.  (107404370)
