The fact active hotels took booking when there was no availablility
Overall: I would not use this service or its hotels again as had I not checked directly I would had left for Liverpool without any accomodation to stay in. I would not have been very happy trying to arrange accomodation at 10.30pm in the evening after 6 hours of travelling!!! (1740215)

Overall: This was the second time we had stayed at the Alicia in the last 2 months. Its location opposite Sefton Park is a definite bonus as is having breakfast in the conservatory at the front of the hotel overlooking the Park. (107512960)
