Close to Underground stations, good location. Friendly and helpful staffs.

The water control of the shower is not easy to handle.

- Staff very friendly - Very comfortable - Close to Bayswater Underground, which is a quick stop from all of Central London - Lots of shops and restaurants in the area, including a good cinema - Quite a lot of space for a single room - Nothing important that tarnished my enjoyment

- The shower above mine leaked, so I'd get a few drops coming through whenever they had a shower - TV was unwatchable - I distrust the online booking service

Overall: For £40 a night and so close to central London, this was excellent compared to some of the horror stories I've heard for this price range and location. I was comfortable and felt safe the entire time I was there, I liked the area and would definitely stay again.  (107536586)

Staff in hotel is very kind. And this hotel is very value for money.

I cann't find bad points. But If I need to say something, it maybe that water pressure of shower was very strong.
