Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Absolute winner was the 1st class food, prepared and cooked by a superb chef, a rolls royce meal for a mini price!
Dated rooms, air of wear and tear, but totally acceptable

Town centre site very handy for buses we needed on our walking holiday. The bath was also very welcome at the end of the walk.
Rooms needed decorating and mine was very small. It was difficult to raise anyone on reception on occasions.

friendly staff, easy to find
room very dusty , shower area mouldy, wallpaper coming off walls and damp patch on ceiling , curtains very dirty and holed
Overall: allthough the bed was comfortable and facilities ok , the place needs a good clean , doesnt seem to be enough staff to cope at busy times , its not a place to stop for more than one or two nights , the hotel need a lot of updating , (108492034)

food good and adequate
no shower and bed very uncomfortable, 3 broken panes of glass in our window, entire hotel would benefit from a makeover i realise this costs a lot of money but a bit at a time would make a big difference
