Perfect location for visiting a concert at the Apollo. Close to Shopping centres and pubs. Safe neighborhood and the windows can be opened.
not the newest building from outside. the beds could be replaced. Could have a little more TV-Stations.
Overall: Friendly staff, smooth check-in, perfect breakfast and perfect location, close to undergroud station hammersmith and bus station. (108204128)

Service was very good The staff were competent and friendly. The lounge and bar areas were good
The bed must be one of the worst I've ever slept in. The mattress felt as though there were no springs. The carpets in the corridors were stained.
Overall: The hotel does not warrant the 4 stars claimed. (108555805)

very poor breakfast experience and not enough lifts
Overall: Large city hotel that needs staffing and services to reflect number of guests. My experience did not reflect this and breakfast experience was bordering on the stressful. (108454255)

Food in grill restaurant was very good standard
Street lighting on stairway approach to hotel entrance on first floor not switched on at night. As a solo traveller this caused me great concern. The 'roof garden' area in front of the first floor entrance also led me to feel unsafe, although at least the lights were on here. I also tried the ground floor entrance, walking past the sports club but similarly as a solo traveller I did not feel safe. I think perhaps there is another entrance at the side but I did not know about that until late in my stay and did not try it. Perhaps a good idea to advise solo travellers which is the best entrance to use when it is dark.
Overall: Very convenient for Hammersmith Apollo events and for catching tube or bus into London. (108193582)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
