Excellent location - 5 mins from Westfield and tube - 2 mins from Empire - good pub on corner and fab restaurant next door.
Brilliant value for money - comfy bed - warm and quiet room
Breakfast a bit basic but it suited us just fine

It has much improved since last year. Staff where and still are friendly. Good breakfast too!
Although not many flights of stairs, could do with a lift!
Overall: Overall view - well done Grantly. Since our last visit, the hotel seems to have been refurbished. Much better appearance all around. We had a good stay and will be back if the occasion arises. (108166395)

Very good value for a London hotel. Room clean and fair sized. Very good breakfast.
Double Bed was incredibly hard and sloped towards the right hand side.
Shower not working properly.
Overall: Was rather dubious because of area (Shepherds Bush), but very pleasantly surprised. Room very well kept and clean (pity about the bed and shower). If we'd stayed longer than one night, we would have asked to change room. (108913224)
