Very attentive staff. Even when dealing with obnoxious travelers (a group of USA golfers) the staff was excellent. Me being an American wouldn't have put up the the golf crew nonsense. The waitstaff in the formal dining area was fabulous. One waitstaff person practically ran her legs off making sure we were well taken care of.
Some of the hotel's appearance could use some sprucing up. The carpet in the stair well needs to be replaced (worn out in some areas), some of the windows were in operable, plants needed attention like dead-head the roses and flowering plants, etc.
Overall: Overall, the stay was pleasant. I will visit again. The ocean view was fabulous. The staff was very professional. (108671480)

Lovely room and very good and spacious shower/bathroom. Exercise gym, steam room and pool all very pleasant and not crowded. Terrific panoramic sea view from room 52.
Evening meal for 'bar' supper menu was unimaginative and food was very mediocre.
Overall: Very good and would certainly visit again. Perfect for a pre funeral relax after a long drive up. (107633183)
