Overall: i would not choose to stay at this hotel again and if i had of known that a Premier Travel Inn was actually opposite i would have preferred to have stayed there instead as Premier Inns are far superior to this hotel. i sat myself in the restaurant after waiting but no-one came. i helped myself to the buffet as no-one advised of what the procedure was. at this point a girl asked what my room no was but that was all. I had to ask for a drink when one of the staff came over to take away my plate. the food was not edible infact it was quite disgusting. i did report this to the reception who had a wrd with the restaurant manager and they didnt charge me for the meal but did for the £1.95 cup of tea. i thought this was petty given that i was at this point feeling quite sick from the little food that i ate. overall not a nice experience and one that i shall not repeat.
