Budget type hotel close to Heathrow.
Initially my reservation could not be found because it was booked under my first name not my surname. Problem quickly rectified when i produced my printed confirmation.
Overall: Adequate for overnight, good location for that purpose. (108115876)

we were aloud to check in at 10 o clock and we were giving our room at this time which was great .Because we arrive on a early flight.
no travel maps ie tubes maps,so we could not plan our route .to the event we were going too.

Found the Hotel to be very clean and well presented. The Staff were extremely Friendly, helpful and professional in their approach.Have stayed at various IBIS hotels and found this to be excellent value for money and service.
Non to mention.
Overall: Excellent.I even requested to watch the Man Utd European match and was duly obliged. Perfect end to my stay. (108206299)
