Clean well decorated room, good breakfast, good value dinner. Quiet location.

Asked twice for room door to be fixed as it did not shut fully - never done! Lacking in bar and lounge atmosphere, staff seem to eager to clear things down and shut up shop by 10 p.m. and make you feel in the way.

Overall: Good value for money ,but, needs a more welcoming atmosphere in bar and lounge area after dinner.  (108132170)

Staff were polite and helpfull.

Room smelt musty, the security was VERY poor. The door chain was broken, at least two windows could not be opened and at at least two windows could not be secured shut. The Main front door was always left open so anyone could have walked in to our area.

Overall: The hotel looked lovely but i would not stay inn the out house complex again. I would only stay in the main hotel building. In answer to your question below only if i could stay in the main hotel.  (107386417)

it was the best hotel i have ever stayed in, it was a real treat for myself and my partner, wonderful staff, beautiful surroundings and lovely staff.

none at all apart from not being able to afford to stay there once a month!!!!!

Overall: we had a wonderful night,had a long walk in the grounds and we got the special room which was truly amazing.  (107143242)

Good golf course and leisure facilities. Room had french doors which was nice in sunny weather. Staff nice and friendly.

Hotel room was next to boiler room therefore a bit hot. Duvet not very good.

Overall: OK for a short stay. Woiuld change room if stayed there again.  (108099861)
