Excellent location and room, customer service etc
We were disappointed with the evening meal we had, there was also a power cut on our final morning and our breakfast was cold.

Beautiful surroundings - very friendly staff. The manager sets the tone of good approachability - he is regularly seen in and about the hotel.
Could be cheaper. My wife would have appreciated a lift to the first floor
