A very friendly welcome that was sustained throughout our stay. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant, and felt immediately at home.

Well appointed rooms, comfortable bed. Great breakfasts and dinners. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice outdoor garden.

An instruction sheet on how to use the TVs would be helpful.

Convenient position

Dark room, was supposed to be a superior room but the facilities were below standard for the cost, our room was not serviced, we were in the area for a funeral and had been out for two hours after breakfast, but had to go back to the room to change before setting off for the funeral, the room had not been serviced then, a girl arrived while we were getting ready to go out, so we said we would be away in half an hour, she said she would come back, however when we got back to the room later in the evening the bed was still unmade the towels had not been sorted out and the coffee tea milk etc. had not been replenished. there was no spare tolet roll which ran out during our stay, there was only one coffee mug inspite of it being a double room, I seemed to go to reception several times to get replenishments.

Overall: The food was good but we had to ask for grapefruit for breakfast, the menu was limited for evening meals but the food was very nice.  (107688830)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
