Unfortunately there was nos no good points
The hotel was dirty,the room was a disgrace as was the bathroom leaking and overflowig wc hanbasin cracked, shower curtain falling off, dirty unclean fridge,a wardrobe that was aprox 3ft high with a microwave and a tv balanced on top at a 30 degree angle.
Overall: A very disapointing stay it was so bad we had to book into the Best Western which cost us £135 more (107934983)

24 hour reception with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Comfortable bed with very clean bedding and towels. Plenty of hot water. Adequate supply of tea & coffee. Refridgerator in room. Free luggage storage on day of departure.
Small room with bunk beds as well as a double bed, double was pushed up sideways against one wall which meant both people had to get in and out from one side. Cigarette burns on fridge and washbasin. Only small wardrobe and two drawers for clothing etc. one drawer of which was broken and could not be used. Continental breakfast limited to fruit juice,cornflakes, white toast with butter and jam and tea or coffee.
We had to climb six flights of stairs to our room (no lift).Stair carpet worn through on edges of some steps. TV was poorly situated so that you had to sit sideways on the double bed with your back against the wall to watch it.
Overall: Overall our stay was adequate but we expected better facilities and a wider choice at breakfast at the price we paid. We would possibly stay here again putely because the location was perfect for us and at least we now know what to expect. From past experience in London we could do a lot worse and possibly pay more for it. (107789704)
