Our room was very comfortable and clean. Easy to find from either train station and very local to Wembley complex. Staff were good and helpful. We had no problems at all

Bar area was quite smokey. It was noticable as soon as you walked in from reception

Overall: Very nice hotel, good value for money. I would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was better than most hotels that I have stayed in. Staff very helpful and friendly. Easy access, clean. Higher than expected. My child liked the swimming pool. Staff there were friendly. Highly recommended.  (2047993)

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
