Good location, clean and tidy.
Room and bed were tiny, though it was advertised as a single room so this is hardly a big complaint.

Rooms clean, friendly & helpful service, Excellent location. Great to see you have an adult channel as one of the TV channels selection (11pm-6am Only). TV's should be upgraded to LCD flat screens and suggest going to the next size large screens. Bed and pillows are nice and comfortable. Hotel has a lift. My room faced Belgrave Rd and was a very nice view. Very little noise heard from hallways or from rooms on each side of my room.
Need computer access somewhere in lobby area for guests. Wireless available good... if you have a laptop but being from another country in which power differs from UK made my laptop useless. Need more TV channel selections. Breakfast is nice to have but no hot items available. Food handling practices. (Cross-contamination!! Employeees touching hair, other people, wiping their noses and then making direct contact with food). I ended up eating offsite each morning afterwards. Very difficult to get a proper mix of hot & cold water in the shower. Sink was OK. Water was too hot and one morning after sleeping late, there was NO hot water available to shower. Rates are a little higher than where I generally stay. (Melbourne House-two doors down)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
