Good location
Room (702) was very cold- windows did not fit properly. Furniture very old.
Overall: Fit for purpose but disappointed with room especially the temperature. (108971617)
It was very clean, staff was very professional, good food and varied for breakfast, it was very nice to find the bed clean and changed every day. Very nice to have the possibility of good cooked food at the bar all day long.
Somebody, one only person, at the entrance office was not very helpful, far from being nice.
Overall: In general terms, being at the Waverley House Hotel has been a splendid experience. Warm and cosy hotel. (108817626)
