Nice little wall mounted TV, well designed clean bathroom. Quiet (except my bed was very noisy!)
I would have appreciated a light switch near the bed - a very petty request, but you did ask!

Adequite bed.
No bath mat, poor decor, broken toilet seat unatached to toilet, fire alarm went off when kettle was used or shower. 'Breakfast' was served in a basement room and consisted of cereal and toast. Internet facility in house was so slow as to be unusable.
Overall: Reception staff were disinterested. The room was warm and the bed was reasonable. We were told to use a towel as a bath mat. we were made to feel that the fire alarm going off wes our fault. (108542444)

Only 6 min walk to Victoria station.Breakfast with enough to eat .Quad room 21 slightly bigger than expected.Stated as non smoking hotell.
Friendly staff.
Too many tables in breakfast room,very crowded. Too few plates cups and glasses,had to wait for them to be cleaned.
Overall: Nice 4 nights stay in quad room as stated on web site. Expectations for budget London hotels cant be too high. (107404230)
