The carpet was nice and our room had a balcony.
Service was poor and not very friendly. The website did not say this, but there are shared (not private) bathroom facilities. Also, remember to take your own towel because the hotel does not provide any. There was no hot water for the sinks and I don't think the heat was ever turned on during our 2 night stay.
Overall: Since we spent most our time outside the hotel, the stay was generally okay, but I still think we paid too much for the very little we got. (107908551)
I would like to thank our fine and ever helpful manager of the hotel. He was there always when we wanted. I wish all the best for him!
If possible, it would be very important to build somekind of place for clothes etc.
Overall: Actually nothing. It was a pleasure stay in your hotel! (1889961)

Good points? you're joking
Not good for money,
rubbish service
rubbish front reception
don't come too late you may wake up not the guests but the staff who's sleeping
if you think you deserve a proper accomodation even for one night, look somewhere else
Overall: i arrived at the hotel at around 2.00 am due to the fact that I had come from abroad and the location of the hotel is abit confusing, at the door, I had to ring the bell at least 10 times, phoned the hotel before and the line was busy, like someone who leaves the receiver open so as not to want to attend calls... just to see, the supposed 24 front receptionist, (as it says on the site) a pakistani shaggy looking young man, he was sleeping in the room next door, topless and just woken up by my knocking the door, he didn't even bother to check me in,just gave me the key, what if that person is not me? his speech was hard to understand, it was the most unprofessional welcome I had ever come across. To top things off, in the morning, I went for breakfast and there was none to attend , I just left the key by the leaflets as again the place was lacking of staff, if any, to sum up, it did the trick for me as I was just passing by london, but i were to stay another night, I'd rather go somewhere else deffinitaly (108637227)

The hotel was relatively close to Victoria underground and rail stations.
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! There was no soap, no towels, no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the 3 single beds (we booked a "triple" room) were jammed in the room so tight that there was no room to walk around at all.
Overall: We spent as little time at the hotel as possible, because it was so disgusting. (107698185)
Our rating system is designed to give you the confidence to find and book the hotel that best suits your needs. We've worked hard to create a fair and impartial process to collect our ratings so you can always be assured of a great hotel experience.
Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.
All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
