It was dirty. The blanket was full of hair. There was even hair on the sheets.
There was fresh blood on the shower door and on one of the towels.
The room was extremely hot, even with the fan on and the window open.
The breakfast was not good and it was insufficient. You had too choose between cereals and eggs!
Far too expensive!

Close to Victoria Station and locale in Victoria.
No lift (elevator) - no air conditioning (room was very hot). Room had 2 ft perimeter around the bed that wasn't vacuumed for 5 days during our stay. The bathroom never appeared clean. Staff was generally unfriendly and not helpful to travellers. Breakfast that came free with room was poor.
Overall: We were happy to check out. No air conditioning - dirty fan on the desk. Shower stall was "maybe" 3 feet across and impossible. Entire hotel was stifling with no air current or ventilation. (107943046)

The quantity and quality of the Full English Breakfast was poor. Orange squash was served as orange juice !!

The room wasn't spotless and smelt. The hotel was very noisey last thing at night and very early in the morning that the staff actually woke us up with their walking about and talking considering it was only around 6am. The dining room was tiny not enough room to swing a cat!!!

Staff quite kind
Room very very small and dirty.
Very small and uncomfortable "double" bed.
In the wardrobe I found some dirty clothes.
Three nights of stay, linen never changed.
English breakfast inadequate and disgustous.
Overall: Unforgettable London, unforgettable hotel. But for different reasons. (107889607)

The room was clean, comfortable, and in a very nice neighbourhood.
no elevator, no face cloth, sink stopper was disconnected. Rooms in London hotels are very tiny compared to what we are used to back in Canada.
Overall: We enjoyed our stay in London both going and returning from the Canary Islands. Both hotels were in the same area and handy to Victoria station, lots of shops, pubs, tours so a very nice place to stay. (107132667)
