very warm,sincere and helpful staff and the place was impeccably clean, that is very good.
the hotel had three floors, with no lifts, getting to the third is little chore.
Overall: the hotel is clean, has very easy access to all major points in London. but the greatest assest they have is their staff. they were all very warm, accomodating and helpful. They are rated highly in their reviews and that is why I chose their hotel. and Im happy to say, I was not disappointed. (1597892)
Friendly staff, and attention to detail, regarding facilities.
My only negative comment would be that I would have liked a wider choice at breakfast.
Overall: It is a very good hotel, with friendly helpful staff and a welcoming feel. Had no idea I would be getting a tv which was a nice suprise. With power shower always worth a mention! The breakfast choice was a little limited for my liking, although I am being picky, and this would not stop me from staying at this hotel again, it is good value for money. (1606137)
Clean and well maintained rooms. Rooms not large but well laid out. Nice firm beds. Plenty off hot water for showers with no pressure problems. Friendly and courteous staff who are probably all family. Breakfast served prompt and quite adequate to start the day.
No lift, so those with mobility issues might struggle with the stairs, though I'm sure the staff would assist with luggage.
Overall: Excellent value for money. Sitauted in a good spot for many attractions. All forms of transport within a few minutes walk. Would happily stay again and highly recommend it as a quality budget hotel. (107927812)
The Hotel was very very Clean and the owers couldnt do enough to help! They are lovely people and if i stay in london again it will be in this hotel for sure
Mix up over bill which was my fault i thought we had already paid but we hadnt my fault i throught that the booking agent had taken the payment there and then but they hadnt

Value for money - friendliness of staff, adequacy of free breakfast, free internet usage, cleanliness.
Overall: We stayed with Luna & Simone for approximately 21 nights spread over about 5 weeks. Throughout this time we stayed in several rooms and all were excellent. The helpfulness, cheerfulness and assistance offered by staff was excellent. During our stay in London my wife suffered an accident and the staff here looked after us and helped - it was great. We began to feel that this B&B was our home away from home here in New Zealand (97047750)
Luna & Simone Hotel was very clean, good location, walking distance to Victoria Station, Bus # 24 stops outside door and takes you to Theatre district. Some restaurants close by. Breakfast & service good. Bathroom very clean, and lots of hot water for showers.
Basement room had a musty smell.
Overall: Stayed here with daughter & 15 year old granddaughter, enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay at Luna & Simone Hotel again. (97018101)
