Continental breakfast lacked imagination but was adequate.
Overall: Sibel takes care of the guests. Taxi's help with the computer, directions, recommendations for food, pubs, site seeing and transportation were excellent. (914369)

Asked for iron and ironing board and housekeeper very efficient and gave me pillow cases to cover the stained board cover. Iron very good.
Very small but adequate for me, a colleagues room smelled damp and the all-in-one cubicle for shower and toilet over flowed when she had a shower plus her toilet didn't flush to start with.
Overall: It was o.k. for me less so for my colleagues. (108672488)
Cannot think of any except polite and friendly staff
Cramped toilet and washing facility in single room provided halfway between floor one and two. Difficult to stand in front of mirror to shave as toilet was in the way. Breakfast room was far too small for the number of guests who appeared to all arrive at the same time to obtain coffee/tea from one machine and use one toaster, Small space made it difficult to squeeze round tables and chairs occupied
Overall: As stated above , mystified how hotel achieved an AA 3star status in view of cramoped facilities (108544619)
