Very comfortable bed, en-suite was posh :). Breakfast was excellent
The room was very hot and even by opening the windows it made very little difference. It was a hot evening, but the room had been shut up all day I would guess.

Very restful surroundings.
Overall: Booked at the last minute,not knowing what to expect.We were delighted with hotel.We felt that even the hotels' own website didn't totally do justice to the lovely decor of some of the communal rooms. There are plenty of seating areas with comfy sofas and furnishings to relax after having a meal in the lovely restaurant.The food being excellent. We highly reccommend the sticky ginger pud and the cheese trolley is very good. Even though we ended up in the coach house annex that is not in the main building, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and are now looking at returning. (107641789)
