Superb setting of the hotel, we were looked after very well, and the food was delicious

nice place, hotel is really nice, clean and relaxing with good facilities - we would recommend it.

we had a room 'without' a view....this was not made clear to us when we booked....we thought we would have a view of either the lake or the mountains. Also, it was warm when we stayed and, with the window open all we could hear was the air con plant rattling away ALL night - if we closed the window and switched the air con on it was even noisier! Disapointing

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
