Air conditioner did not work well. When I checked in rate was stated as 110 GBP. Paid 110 GBP first night, 147 GBP next 2 nights. The rate "quoted" when I booked on the Internet was 130 GBP which would have totaled 390 GBP vs. 404 GBP!

Free sparkling and still mineral water in the room, replaced once used without asking.

No lift

Overall: Attractive setting, comfortable and convenient to Marlow centre. For the price, continental breakfast could have been included. £17;50 for a full English breakfast is excessive.  (107113661)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
