room 120 was next to a pub or club that played very loud music till 2am making sleep impossible, will definately not be staying at this hotel again.

The Staff at The County Hotel were all very nice. The houseKeepers who worked on the morning of Sunday 30th Aug were very accommodating as our cold water supply was very weak so my Wife & I could not shower in our room. The Housekeeper very kindly moved us to Room.

Apart from the cold water supply in our room, the spider webs on each of the chandeliers on the staircases on each floor and the creaking floor boards, None. I wouldn't say they were bad points.

Overall: Very comfortable, clean rooms, Helpfull & friendly staff. Would stay at the County Hotel again.  (108907610)

Comfortable and convenient. Value for money.

Shower not working (bath OK though) Breakfast rather chaotic, though perfectly edible, although we were first down so perhaps most people weren't expected for a little while.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
