The hotel was basic but clean. Very central to Perth. Good price. Super hotel to use as a 'base' wheather for shopping/nightlife/exploring the surrounding area or for business trips.

Check in was confusing despite my having called ahead to ensure rooms were booked and reservation for dinner was made the receptionist still didnt understand what was happening when my group of 14 people arrived for check in (some in single and some in Twin rooms).

Overall: Good value for money - just what was required for this team buiolding event.  (108965698)

room 319 is in need of decoration as the wallpaper is peeling and cracked in areas.

bathroom had lots of mold. sheets on bed weren't changed in the whole week stay. would have thought at least one change during the week.
