3no.kettles not working, very poor condition of leisure changing facilities. No blind in bathroom window unable to use shower as no facility to hold up & no shower curtain. Crisps in bar out of date but sold to children!!!!!!

The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and polite.
The room was badly lit and the water in the shower/bath was cold.It was not easy to fill the kettle with water from the bathroom taps and it had to be put on the floor as there was no near socket.

Despite pre-paying for hotel I was asked to pay again before checking out. The room was shabby and tired - television did not work. Poor value for money - this room cost £ 50 per person. Friends staying at the hotel in a family room paid £ 25 per person.
