Manager was more than helpful, nothing was to much trouble. Our room had a great veiw of the rear garden and the river Lark,

The bed in our room was very old, if you enjoy a spring up your behind, then im sure you'l love it, the room its self could do with a revamp, plus the bath\shower has seen better days. Full English breakfast was cold.

Overall: It was ok for one night, we would stay there again when the hotel gets itself a face lift.  (107317971)

very friendly staff and a good breakfast served very promptly. the room was cleaned and made up well

Having a separate shower and no hand wash basin in the toilet area was a bad point for me, and having only a shower and no bath was also a negative.

Overall: overall good value for money and friendly service made up for the negative points  (107528695)

Hotel manager (lady of many years service) was very helpful and welcoming as were her young staff.

En suite showers were not of a particulalry high standard

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
