Very attractive location and excellent rates. Room was in decent condition.

Extremely rude staff. Requested two extra pillows and instead of rejecting it politely, the staff practically told us off!

The bathroom was extremely small, the room was right by reception so very noisy and the door was left unlocked one day after the cleaners had been in.

Good location for station to local attractions Friendly staff, car parking facilities, Good value for money

Bathroom facilities rather old in one bedroom, TV didn't work very well in other bedroom. Some areas need a freshen up with paint.

Overall: Certainly not the best hotel around that area, but then we only used it to sleep in. Good friendly staff and availability of carpark outside hotel and closeness of railway station out way the bad points. Good for short break.  (107971179)

Room was spacious and comfortable. En-suite was appropriate with hot water on demand.

Continental breakfast leaves a lot for imagination. More television channels required as choice of standard channels only available at the time!

Overall: Definition of a continental breakfast should be established, the choice on offer was limited. When asked about the only choice of cereal, the reply was 'depends on what comes'????? Needless to say we ate breakfast at a nearby cafe! Although friendly, the restaurant staff require training in basic health and safety procedures and general restaurant ethics. On a positive note, the hotel management appeared to be making internal furnishing improvements.  (107543678)
