All staff, reception, bar staff and at breakfast were polite, helpful, friendly, cheerful and very welcoming. Lovely, clean, comfortable room with lovely view over the canal. Excellent.

Decor and overall standard of hotel was far superior to what I expected. Will definately try to book a Premier Inn again. The breakfast was lovely. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Also noted the extra safety precautions they take for female guests when cheking in.

Would be hard pushed to find any - if I had to be picky then it would be that the bath towels smelt slightly strange and SKY TV would of been an added bonus.

very clean hotel , pleasant and helpful staff , good food in restaurant

we had two children and the third bed was a mattress on the floor of our room which was not very comfy
