Cleanliness was good and staff dealt promptly with queries
Overall: Room was simple and clean. Breakfast was not outstanding, but perfectly adequate. Staff were helpful with the few queries I had. Muswell Hill is very easy to approach from the M1 and the hotel is bang in the centre of Muswell Hill, which is a bonus. (1642495)

Reception staff good and made us welcome, and when we checked out they continued to be very helpfull.
The Bed was made with lots of single sheets which made it uncomfortable to sleep in.
The shower kept going from scoulding hot too very cold, which I feel is in Breach of Health and Safty Regulations.
The Staff at Breakfast looked like they would rather not be there, with an attitude to match. Some of our breakfast was cold, we had to find our own chair and some cuttlery. when we went to refill our coffee they cleared our table. on the whole not the experance we have ever had or wish to have again.
Overall: on the surface the Hotel looks like somewhere you would want to stay, with a very good Reception, and staff to match. unfortunatly that is where our expectations ended and the servise felt more like a Budget Hotel with no price to match. (108201587)
