Staff friendly. Good position in Loughborough.

Horrendous noise from private party in the bar on the Saturday evening. We were at the far end of the hotel, but had to put cotton wool in our ears to try and sleep. Noise went on until early hours. Someone wedged the fire door open with a rubber wedge in the corridor upstairs. The TV remote was broken.

Overall: Hotel was in a good position for our trip to Donington circuit. Good restaurants in Loughborough.  (107798026)

close to town centre, free car park 2 mins walk to town.

very small room, hot and stuffy room, ground level so we couldnt leave window open.

Overall: we just needed somewhere to sleep (drop bags off, go out all day to download festival, return last thing at night, then sleep) this did achieve our requirments so we cannot complain too much but i would reccommend only for 1 night stays.  (107344782)

Gloomy dull small room, no bedside lights, no bedside table, dim central light, TV remote did not work, no evening meals,

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
