Good location, good quality of the bedding, large choice for the breakfast, nice atmosphere outside (garden) and inside, very british

no free access to Internet in the room

The check out staff didn't ask me to pay in which currency, and i dunno why he choose EURO for me without letting me know. And i just notice about it after i back to London. And there was GBP 7 different. Why would this happen???

comfortable room

bedding far too hot and without an alternative. Toilet seat damaged. Towel rail not heating up reasonably quickly. Food in restaurant over priced and so was the wine.

Location,parking,breakfast,decor and overall appearance of room and hotel were all superb,these coupled with great staff ensured an excellent stay.

Overall: Excellent,will definately stay at this hotel when returning to Stratford and will look for Q hotels when staying in other locations.  (108614733)
