Due to a mix up we had the booking made twice,once with Active and once with another agent. We were still charged for this booking even though I explained the circumstances to the Hotel.This leaves me £100 out of pocket.I will not be availing myself of your services again

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
