The bathroom was small but clean. The bedroom comfortable. The breakfast was just right with a wide choice of cereals, fruit juices, pastries, fruits or a cooked Full English. Had interesting signed posters from the and photographs of various actors which felt right for where we were: Stratford. The Croft allowed you privacy to get on with your stay YOUR way, which nice.
More smiles please!

The room, breakfast and performance of staff were quite good and friendly.
The TV was noisy, so difficult to watch.

It was adequate in terms of cleanliness - I did at least feel the room was cleaned. WE stayed two nights and the room was cleaned again after the first night which I didn't expect in a B&B.
Excellent access into stratford
Fair breakfast menu offered
- The staff member made me feel uneasy, that I was a pain being there and he had work to do. He wasn't overly friendly which is what you expect from a B&B.
- My breakfast was rushed and plates taken from me as soon as I had literally finished eating.
The room advertised on the internet was not the room we ended up with.
The room decor was very dated and tatty in areas.
Overall: Pretty poor due the point above. If the owner had been more welcoming and friendly I think I would have come away with a better impression overall. (107871923)

A very good hotel, which was both comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was extremely good, the room was clean and modern.
The television reception was a little poor.
