Front desk personnel, size and outfitting of room, very nice breakfast. The hotel was much nicer than I was expecting and the location is great, quiet. Price for value was very good.
The bathroom was tiny and not very well appointed.

Overall staff were very friendly and helpful, over night parking close by at only £6 between the hours of 1800hrs and 0900hrs the next day. Nice breakfast
The room decor is very poor and the room was a little chilly
Overall: If you just need somewhere to lay your head, it will do. But at these price I would expected a little more quality for a room, ceneral LONDON OR NOT (108104188)

breakfast was very good.
wallpaper hanging off walls & ceiling, bed sloped to one side, treffic noise was continuos all night, hot water in shower took 12 minutes to come through, toilet waste pipe was taped up to stop it leaking, sound on tv kept going off because of bad connection with leads.
