Convenient location;pleasant staff

Overall: Room significantly shabbier than last time I stayed there ? 4 years ago. Also, am always surprised when I travel on my own (thankfully not often) that a single female would be put in to a room at the end of a very long and isolated corridor. Staff very courteous. (1597583)

Its the first time I have stayed in London and also in a hotel and found the whole experience extremely pleasant, the room was great, it was very quiet. The staff very friendly. Would always stay at your hotel again and recommend it to anyone
