Clean hotel, polite and helpful staff.

Reception team appeared to have difficulty allocating me a room despite prior booking and then gave me a room occupied by somebody else. However, they were very apologetic and overall extremely polite and helpful.

Location reasonable although a long walk from underground. Check in staff helpful and kept luggage during day before full check in. Good breakfast.

Reception area looking very tired and in need of brightening up. Refreshment machine broken & money lost in it - staff nothing about this. Bar closed at 11pm - our group had just returned (11.05pm)after a long day from a very late meeting and would have really appreciated a wind down drink.

Overall: I think I will look at other options in future as I thought the prices were high (total £256-90)so the overall value for money was not there - not quite as Premier advertise!!! I would stay again but only if the price is more reasonable.  (108647711)
