I must say that this was probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The service from front of house to restaurant and the bar was excellent but not oppressive. Every memeber of staff was delightful and seemed genuinely friendly; I have never felt more comfortable.

Could not choose the room when we booked it.

Nice location, check in and out process very good.

The room was on the small side, nowhere to store clothes. Breakfast service was so slow, the staff nearly outnumbered the guests at one point but still so slow.

Overall: I have stayed in better hotels for a lot less with much better service.  (107823778)

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
