well maintained room. Good tv. Good breakfast.
1 lift not working. No lift access to hotel- heavy bags up stairs.
Overall: pretty good overall. would recommend some kind of link with a rental dvd place and advertise the fact that the tv's in the rooms have dvd players so people can bring their own dvds. (108122847)

Close to the city centre, the room is big, clean and comfortable.
There was no hot water in the bathroom, it was quite cold when I took a bath.
Overall: I stayed in the Stratdon Hotel for one night. The lift did not work during my stay but my room was located at the sixth floor. Thus, I need to use the stairs. It was better that I did not have big luggage. If not, I believed that I could not get to my room. In addition, the lifts were so small and old. I didn't think that it could carry more than three people. (107735007)

Very good.
Atmosphere was great, room was great for price.
Room was warm, comfy and had all the stuff we needed.
Directions could be better. Had to stop a lot for directions.
Overall: Very good. Going to come back for another great night out. Especially when its practically in the town centre. (107653544)

Very helpful and pleasant staff
Room small overlooking main road and noisy. Had been used by smokers and smelt.
Television not working - prompt response from staff. Hotel not busy so why couldn't things be checked more thoroughly?

Quick efficient service.
Asked if i could check out at 1pm rather than 11am the night of my stay and was told it would not be a problem, However the following morning was awoke by phone at 11:30am and hurried out of the room.
Overall: Just one night, Staff helpful, clean hotel, shame about the confusion of a wake up call. (107481052)
