Staff were lovely and very helpful and accommodating and made the stay very pleasant. Service at breakfast and chap dealing with check in and check out was really really nice and helpful.
Room very small. Pricey for what you get. Pool was quite cold. Breakfast was pre cooked and reheated.
Overall: Good, enjoyable, but would probably look for better value next time. (107363301)

Very friendly and helpful staff, room was gorgeous and very clean as was the hotel as a whole. The breakfast was lovely and very filling. We asked for recommendations for places to eat at night in the town and were not disappointed.
Overall: The next time we are in the lakes we will be staying at Southview as it was a pleasure to stay there. We would like to say a huge thank you to Southview for their hospitality and hope to see them again in the not too distant future. (107108456)
