The room was clean with adequate decor. Warm friendly reception. Breakfast was adequate with sufficent choice. We were offered a choice of room on arrival but since it was only for one night we stayed as we were. Dining room was clean.

We had a room on the top floor with several flights of stairs to climb. This would have been tiring if we had to climb several times during the day.

Overall: Overall we were happy with the hotel and its reception staff. It was central for our needs.  (108247632)

TV didnt work Room decor was very old and 'tired' View was a gruby roof top with a dead pigeon on it Bathroom plumbing was very noisy Bathroom decor was 'depressing' Lighting in the room was poor Small bed Breakfast was only until 9.30am on a saturday morning, which is very early. Plus it was only continental, so not even worth getting up for

Extremely good value for money. Excellent position near riverside path, plenty of restaurants etc nearby. Clean, comfortable room. Friendly and very helpful staff

It is within the scope of the non smoking legislation for hotels to have smoking rooms and think this should be investigated

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
