Beautiful setting, luxury accommodation with potential to be a very special place
The 'customer service' was appalling. Rude staff at reception and a friend's request for a quiet room was not only ignored despite there being a large number of alternative rooms available but they were also very unpleasant about it. This resulted in her leaving early as she was so upset by the experience. There were one or two exceptions but this really needs addressing.
Overall: Beautiful place but the thing that warrants five star is the customer service from the staff. Our experience was of a completely disasterous weekend thanks to the appalling behaviour of some of the staff. (97263477)
