Food was to a good standard (breakfast)and rooms were cleaned well. Best part of hotel was it's position.

Some receptionist staff were not best suited to their role. Sense that clients were putting them out when they were on the phone or generally having a laugh with their colleagues, not very professional. Not very interested in giving anything other than a basic service. Restuarant was over priced.

Explain the parking better before arrival, it gave us angst before we arrived but turned out OK

The 'Executive' room was large, comfortable and quiet--some of the rooms in the hotel appeared from the floor plan to be small, having been divided up from larger rooms. The service was pleasant and attentive. An excellent location in the centre of town, and adjacent to the Opera House.

The wireless hookup was frustrating--it was constantly going out. (That did not seem to be true in other places for people I knew who were staying in the town at the same time.) The food in the Dining Room was adequate, but not great.

Car parking is on the street.
