Staffs are friendly and efficent.Good breakfast.
The door doesn't close properly in room 219.Pillow were too soft.The room is a bit outdated,could do with a make over.The light bulbs were not in the reading lamps.

Checking out took a long time due to lack of experience, which made me late departing.
Musty smell in and around room
Overall: I needed somewhere convenient and wasn't planning to spend a great deal of time at the hotel, as I was attending a conference. I used the bar area on three consecutive evenings over the weekend and it was not staffed. Despite advertised as refurbished, still a large percentage of the Hotel is tired and needs attention. The room was dingy and smelt unpleasant as did the corridor. The toilet didn't flush properly and my towels were like brillo pads.
