Cleanliness of room excellent. When asked a rubber shower mat was produced very promptly.
Only bad point - Please can you stop putting hot water for tea at breakfast in plastic jugs that have previously been used for coffee. The residual coffee flavour in the plastic jug is passed on to the tea and it tastes pretty awful. Everybody on our table of eight commented on the strange taste of the tea!!!!!!
Overall: Was very impressed with this hotel and would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and colleagues. (108392579)

Overall staff very friedly helpful and polite. Hotel very well presented.
One member of staff on reception could possibly have been a little bit more friendly with general booking.

staff were efficient + hotel and grounds very pleasant.
Highly recommended.
Some staff busy talking to each other, not watching customers.
Staff efficient, but not friendly.
As a non drinker,one drink each of tea/coffee was not sufficient to allow for one on arrival, before bed and in the morning.
Kettle faulty - had to hold down button to get it to work...
Overall: Complimentary snack + drink on arrival would have been welcome after such a long drive. However - Comfortable stay after an excellant concert. Memorable - as received proposal . . . . (107981679)
