Resturant food,room,staff,exterior al fresco area,parking.

I was not told that you were taking 50% of charge on my card until i saw the bill come in.

Overall: v.good experience,the food was of very high order from breakfast to dinner,i liked the wholemeal bread which tasted homebaked. The room which was a superior booking was excellent,plasma screen,sky,room well stocked with water,tea & coffee. Shower very good with all kinds of gels,shampoos etc  (108564220)

They were extremely pleasant and understanding when i booked in very late. polite and friendly and the room, views and hotel were beautiful. will book again.

hairdryer didn't work but was changed immediately so wouldn't class it as a bad point.

The hotel was great,food fab,Luke was lovely.Staff were friendly .

Room was great clean the only thing i have too say about the room is that cleaning staff should check the window seals as they were filthy,every where needs too be cleaned,and in the bathroom too............... Also the noise from the pub that is all.

Courteous and friendly. Comfortable for my 85-year old mother, who was upgraded to a larger room after the lights failed in the first room. She found the hotel just right for her needs. Restaurant staff friendly, attentive and smart.

The bedside lights did not work in my room; but as my mother had been moved, I did not want to make a further fuss.

Overall: A success for my mother, and therefore for me.  (107519785)

Food very good although limited menu meant no real price choice. The Cobo is far superior to the 3* hotel I stayed in on Jersey.

Funny smell in the first floor corridors, but not evident in the room.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
