Nice large bright room; very clean.

Room was clean and very well presented. Bed was comfortable and the very clean. Bathroom was well presented with those added extras.

Room was a long way from checking, up and down sets of stairs.

Found the staff on the phone extremely helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the atmosphere in the bar on our stay at night. Drinks reasonably priced.

Thought £160 a night without breakfast was expensive. Breakast was £15 extra. Disappointed to find out on the counter on reception that it was cheaper to stay either side of the weekend we were there, which included breakfast. I assume as it was Grand Prix weekend, the price goes up. In todays financial climate, thought it was unfair to take advantage, of what was already an expensive weekend.

no staff at check in for over 10 mins when I arrived! Hotel needs an update, room was shabby. Overinflated price for Grnad Prix weekend!

Everything was adequate.

The small road leading to the hotel was blocked for a short while due to contractors working on a building.Perhaps advance warning while the work is being carried out.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
