We were guests at a cousins wedding and the room/service/food were all excellent

The windows and doors downstairs in the lounge and dining rooms were open and there was a smell of horse manure everywhere, our only complaint - very minor overall.

Convenience for Warwick University. Very nice and comfortable rooms. Staff very helpful.

The rooms were very clean and on arrival the reception knew who we were.

As a business traveller and having stayed in many hotels of all price ranges, this rates alongside any for cleanliness, facilities, comfort and value for money. A short drive from the NEC but worth it for the peace of the countryside.

No real bad points other than a little tattiness with the decorations, chipped paint where it gets banged or silicone sealer not resealed when accessed. Oh and no beer on tap or in bottles the night I stayed and one(or two)would have gone down a treat.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
